Booking, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Body Enhance maintains a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. It is important you read the policy below.

Bookings that are cancelled with more than 48 hours notice before appointment time can obtain a full refund on deposit paid and attract no cancellation fees.

Bookings cancelled between 48 & 24 hours notice can re-book appointment and carry the deposit over for the new booking and attract no cancellation fees, but no refund will be given upon cancellation.

Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will lose the deposit and upon re-booking would be required to pay a new deposit.

If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice prior to the appointment time and no deposit has been taken, Body Enhance reserve the right to charge a 25% cancellation charge of the cost of treatment booked.

No shows for free consultations and path tests carry a £15 no show fee due to wasted appointment time.

Deposits for treatments

Deposits are approximately 25% of the treatment price.
